Debbie is the ultimate “multi-tasker”, answering the phone, taking orders, entering orders, generating all of our sales orders and delivery tickets, directing the flow of business, chatting everyone up, all at the same time. Without her tireless dedication and hard work, we could not be as successful as we are today. She’s at the office before 7:00 AM and doesn’t leave until after 5:00 PM every day, often without a break, and would be at work earlier and stay later if we let her. Married with 2 grown kids, Debbie looks forward to her new-found status as an “empty nester”.

Janey Nickel is wife of co-owner of CIP Brian Nickel. In addition to (on occasion) driving the delivery truck, Janey focuses on customer support, purchasing, receiving, and cost and pricing analysis. She also generates more than 200 work orders a month for the friendly folks in the shop running the Autobox box-maker. With 2 boys in college and a daughter going into high-school, Janey has her hands full, but manages to stay in shape riding her bicycle and working out at the gym. Born and raised in California, Brian and Janey have been married just over 25 years, spending the last 11 here in Colorado Springs.
Tracy has been CIP’s Warehouse Operations Manager and all-around good guy for 11 years with CIP. Raised in Flint Michigan, Tracy came to work with CIP after many years working in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, OK. Tracy is the heart and soul of CIP.
Susan has been with CIP for 8
years. Married with 3
children, Susan is a joy to have at CIP. She’s great with our customers,
and super to have as a member of our office team.
