Tracy has been CIP’s Warehouse Operations Manager and all-around good guy for 11 years with CIP. Raised in Flint Michigan, Tracy came to work with CIP after many years working in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, OK. Tracy is the heart and soul of CIP. His sense of humor, uplifting spirit, dedication to the company and its people, and all of CIP’s customers is, and will always be an integral part of our success. In addition to his commitment to CIP, Tracy has another full-time job as Sr. Pastor of Perfect Peace Baptist Church. Rarely does one get to enjoy the company of an individual so dedicated and hard working as Tracy Garth.

Jose joined us in 2011, and has already established his position as the “world’s fastest box-maker”. It’s amazing to watch Jose work. Never a wasted movement, a picture of efficiency. Jose is always on time, rarely takes a break, is always positive, works his rear-end off, and can’t thank us enough for the opportunity to be part of the team at CIP. How great is that?! Jose is married to a German girl, has a daughter that can’t speak a lick of Spanish, and rarely gets to eat his native Mexican food. Jose is a fan of boxing, and based on his level of fitness, could probably go a few rounds in the ring.

Austin has worked part-time for CIP for about a year now. A full-time student at CU Colorado Springs, Austin is working toward his degree in Engineering. An avid (extreme) snow-boarder, Austin brings the “local” laid-back attitude to CIP, but manages to crank up production whenever he’s at work.
Mike has been with CIP the last 5 years as a Delivery Driver/Customer Service person. All of our customers know Mike as “that great guy from CIP that always has a smile on his face and a hustle to his step”. Originally from St Louis, MO, Mike’s been in the Springs for the last 6 years. He’s also a fitness buff, and works hard at his training.
Brandon joined CIP in January 2009, just after Brett and Brian acquired CIP. Brandon is our quiet, mellow guy, married with 2 small children. He’s also a black belt in the Martial Arts, complementing his artistic talents and quiet demeanor. He too is a strong member of our team, supporting our customers and ensuring their products arrive accurately and on-time.
