The container on the left is Mil-spec V11C. This material is a lightweight, weather-resistant, and with a 600lb burst test strength can carry heavy loads. If you are shipping overseas, the savings in weight will more than pay for the container. Also, no fumagation is required as the only wood products are the heat-treated runners underneath. This container is light enough for 1 person to pick up, Replace wood crating with this material and save money!

This picture shows a custom box with custom foam inserts for isolating the product from shock and vibration, and providing 2" of airspace between and around the product. For this customer, we reduced his labor in packaging from 18 minutes per single product to 10 minutes per pair of products and they have had no shipping damage reported in hundreds of shipments since adopting this package. The material cost for this solution was nearly the same as their previous method of packing and shipping.
