These molded foam sections are built for shipping automotive transmission transfer cases. This ensures they arrive intact, with a professional presentation. The customers logo is embossed on the other side of the foam pieces. This change to how the customer ships their product has had a significant (positive) impact on their business. For the same cost in materials as their previous method of shipping, they reduced labor significantly, improved their packing and shipping process, and deliver their product with a unique presentation that improves their product branding.
